Looking for some guidance on how to prepare for this year's Santa Dash, or next year's Watford 10k Run?

The funds raised by the Watford Santa Dash are used by Watford Mencap to support local people with learning disabilities to reach their full potential.
Last year we had contact with 1550 people with learning disabilities and their carers. The term learning disability covers a broad spectrum of conditions such as autism & Down’s syndrome; all of them are lifelong disabilities and often our clients are excluded from activities that you and I take for granted.
